"Not the smoothest shopping experience"
I had a bit of a frustrating time using the site, to be honest. The stuff I was looking for wasn’t exactly easy to find, and the filters felt kind of messy and not as helpful as I expected them to be. I also noticed that some pages loaded strangely on my phone, which made browsing feel a little annoying after a while. Checkout confused me a bit too, and I had to slow down and double-check what I was doing. Overall, it worked in the end, but it just didn’t feel like a very smooth or easy shopping experience.

"So much for the pre-dispatch check"
They claimed it was checked before shipping, but when it arrived there were still really obvious issues. I ended up having to deal with the hassle myself, which is exactly the kind of extra work I was trying to avoid. Frustrating and definitely not happy with it.

"Custom upgrade was disappointing"
I paid for a custom upgrade and felt let down. The work looked rushed, some of the parts were messy, and it didn’t run the way it should afterward. I also felt kind of ignored when I tried to get it sorted out, so I ended up fixing it myself.

"Wrong parts and way too much hassle"
I ordered a few parts and somehow got different ones than what I actually picked. It wasn’t even a big order, but getting it sorted felt like way too many steps. Support took forever to respond, and then I had to explain the same issue twice, which was frustrating. Mistakes happen, but if they can’t pack the right items without making me jump through hoops afterward, I probably won’t order from them again

"I tried paying twice with the same card..."
I tried paying twice with the same card I use pretty much everywhere, and both times it failed for no clear reason. The order just sat there like it was waiting for divine intervention. My bank said nothing was blocked, so that was fun. Support took their sweet time getting back to me, and by then I’d already given up. Definitely not feeling great about trusting their checkout again.

"Warranty support was a real letdown"
I had an issue with my item while it was still under warranty, support wasn’t no help at all. Replies took forever, and instead of actually fixing anything, they kept asking me the same questions over and over. It kinda felt like they were just hoping I’d get tired and give up. Buying from them might be fine if nothing goes wrong, but if something breaks, don’t expect much. Really disappointed with how it all went.

"Description didn’t match what I got"
The item details said it had metal parts, but the one I received was plastic. I reached out to support and they basically just pointed me back to the same listing, which didn’t really help. That part was weird.

"Specs didn’t quite line up"
I bought this mostly based on the specs listed, but when it showed up, a few details didn’t really match what I received. It made picking the right parts kind of a hassle. I reached out to support, but they basically just sent me back to the product page, which wasn’t much help. I guess it might be fine for simpler stuff, but i’m not sure I’d trust their tech specs again.

"Felt like the brand selection was overhyped"
I was expecting a lot more brands to choose from. The way it was talked up made it sound like there would be tons of options, but once I actually looked around, it felt limited. I wish they’d be more clear instead of making vague promises about having a great selection

"Tracking was useless and support felt robotic"
The tracking info never updated, so I had no idea where my order was or when it was supposed to show up. I tried reaching out, but the email replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really answer anything. Super frustrating experience.

"Delivery was a mess"
My order seemed to ship out fine, but once the carrier had it, everything went downhill. The tracking barely updated, the driver never called, and the package just sat somewhere for days. I’m sure Taiwangun probably packed it alright, but the delivery side was really frustrating. Support basically just told me to wait, that part was weird. I don’t think I’d order again if they’re using the same carrier

"I’m feeling some buyer’s remorse with this..."
I’m feeling some buyer’s remorse with this one. My order ended up getting stuck because of compliance paperwork, and the whole process was more stressful than I expected. I understand legal checks are important, but the communication felt slow and not very clear, which made everything drag on. It just turned into a messy, annoying experience

I bought this mainly because I wanted proper chrono details, but the info was kinda confusing. I couldn't really tell what was actually tested or how. I asked about it too, but still didnt feel much better after the answer. If you really care about FPS limits, this might not be the best.

"Shipping Cost Made Me Hesitate"
I was only planning to order a few small bits, but once I saw the shipping was almost the same price as the items, I backed out. For me, it just felt a bit risky paying that much extra on a small order in case the stuff wasn’t quite what I needed. Probably makes more sense if you’re buying a lot at once, but for a little purchase, it didn’t feel worth it.

"Bad fit advice and a lot of extra hassle"
I asked support if a part would fit my replica and they told me it would, so I went ahead and ordered it. Turns out it didn’t fit at all. When I reached back out, the replies were basic, basically telling me I should double-check it myself. Super frustrating, because now I’m stuck with parts I can’t use and have to do extra work trying to sort it out
